Ebay RSS Feeds Generator

1. First step - Categories.

Ebay categories

Choose categories you are interested in. You may check-mark several categories. The program will generate RSS feed for each category.

Use "All categories" to search all of them at once. Also use "Select all" and "Select none" to operate with all categories.

We offer a list of major eBay categories, however you may want to use any specific subcategory. To do so you need to use Category ID option and enter a digital code of a specific eBay category. To see all available eBay categories and subcategories follow "lookup" link.

Press "Next" to move to the second step.

2. Second step – Keywords and eBay ID

Search in – choose if you want to search ebay products by title or by title and description. Searching by title may produce more relevant results.

Now you enter a list of your keywords, one per line, maximum 10. RSS Ground will generate a separate RSS feed to each keyword and to each category. If you choose 2 categories and specify 2 keywords you will get 4 RSS feeds:

1. Category1Keyword1
2. Category1Keyword2
3. Category2Keyword1
4. Category2Keyword2

Exlude these words - use this option to filter your search results. For example you wish to generate RSS feeds related to Internet marketing, but do not need content related to email marketing, so use email marketing in this option. You may use several exclude keywords comma-separated.

Keywords and eBay affiliate ID

Note: I case you generate RSS feed of a specific seller you don't have to specify your keywords. However you may use them to filter products of a specific seller.

If you are registered with eBay you can embed your Campaign and Custom ID into the generated feeds. So if someone makes a purchase through your feed you will get a commission.

Each campaign has a unique Campaign ID, which is assigned by eBay. Campaign ID is a 10-digit number included in your generated links and code to help you track the traffic you generate for eBay. A default campaign was created as soon as you registered at eBay Partner Network. You may create your own campaign under your account.

Custom ID is used for tracking in the Transaction Download Report. Use Custom IDs to track your traffic within a campaign or across multiple campaigns. For example, you might have a Campaign ID to identify the traffic from a particular web site, but use a Custom ID to track traffic that comes specifically from the home page. Additionally, you might use a Custom ID to indicate traffic that comes from your home page across multiple web sites, even if each site used its own Campaign ID. The Custom ID is used for tracking in the Transaction Download Report.

Note: you can pre-set all your affiliate IDs in every Feeds Generator so they would be automatically filled in while generating new feeds. To make default settings you need to go to "Account" tab, fill out all needed fields and press "Update settings".

To move back to the first stem use "Previous" button. If are ready to go on press "Next".

3. Final step - Settings

Here you can filters your search results.

eBay settings

You can filter products within eBay feeds:
-    by minimum and maximum prices ("Price range");

-    by a specific seller ("From sellers");

-    by type of listings: Buy it now or auctions ("Listings");
-    by special features:  with PayPal accepted or with free shipping ("Show only items");

Finally, you may sort items by "Best match" or by lowest / highest price.

Number of items to show – set how many items you wish to display in your RSS feed

Page number – this parameter will consider how many items you wish to display (Number of items to show = 25), it will split all search results by pages with 25 items on each page, and if you set page number = 2 it will show you items from 26 to 50.

This option is used to generate RSS feeds for different search result pages.

Generate and send to – choose a tool from drop-down menu you wish to transfer your RSS feeds to. It can be RSS feeds to Code Converter or to any RSS  Poster. Also you may simply choose to send RSS feeds to "My saves" section to work with them later.

If you choose to send RSS feeds to one of the further tools they will still be automatically saved in "My saves"-"My RSS feeds" section of your RSS Ground account.

Check-mark "Send rss feed(s) to my email" option if you wish to get a copy of your RSS feeds list to your email.

As soon as all settings are done press "Generate" button.
